Rawlins pupils/students and staff are celebrating another year of the best ever results at GCSE and continued fantastic results at A-Level in 2024, enabling pupils/students to successfully transition onto the next step in their learning journey. This reflects our communities continued commitment to live out our vision to act wisely and make the most of every opportunity and enable all individuals to flourish, building success and shaping the future.

We are very proud of our pupils, their outcomes and the in school and careers support they get at Rawlins:
- In 2024, 96% of students successfully made the transition to Education, Employment or Apprenticeships, this is above the National Average of 94%.
- Students secured 67x Grade 9’s, 119x Grade 8’s and 204x Grade 7’s.
- High performing students: +30x Students secured average point scores of Grade 7-9. 7x students secured 5 or more Grade 9’s each.
- Students excelled across all areas of our fantastic STEM and Creative Subjects, achieving significantly better at Rawlins than in other schools.
- Our highest performing subjects compared to other schools included; GCSE Art Photography, GCSE Biology, GCSE Business Studies, GCSE Computer Science, GCSE D&T, GCSE Dance, GCSE Drama, GCSE Film Studies, GCSE History, GCSE Maths, GCSE Music, GCSE Physics, GCSE Spanish and GCSE Combined Science.

Experienced teachers, providing highly effective Teaching and Learning and Pastoral Support result in fantastic performances across all subjects in our high performing Sixth Form, once again. We are very proud of our students, their outcomes and the in school and careers support they get in Sixth Form.
Rawlins Sixth Form has now been in the Top 3 School Sixth Forms across the whole of Leicestershire for the past 10 years.
- Students secured A*-A’s in 26 different subjects
- 15x Students achieved 3 or more A*-A grades. (Two students secured straight A*’s, one with 4x A*’s and one with 3x A*’s)
- +50x Students achieved 3x A*-B grades
2024 Destination Data is still to be confirmed, but in 2023, 97.3% of students who started completed their two year A-level courses at Rawlins, significantly above the National Average of 93.6%. More than 80% of Rawlins Students went onto study at University.
