We have several systems in place at Rawlins to support student learning. Learn about them all by downloading ‘Rawlins Online Platforms’.
We are using Bromcom as our main Management Information System. You will use MCAS for ‘Parental Consent’ and ‘Data collection forms’. There is also an app available to download.

To access your MCAS, you will need this information; Rawlins site ID: 14386 and your username/email and password.
This is where you find everything you need to know about your child’s timetable, homework, attendance, behaviour, and reports.
We are using ParentPay as our one stop for all purchasing items i.e. dinner money, trips, ID card/lanyard replacements etc.
ParentPay – Parents get set up with your ParentPay Account
Usually you (parent) would receive an email with your ParentPay details when you start at Rawlins. If this doesn’t happen, please email rawlinsitsupport@rawlins.embracemat.org.
Post 16 students can request access to their own ParentPay account.
At present, we use Google Classroom for homework assignments, usually accessed through the Bromcom VLE outside of school.
Students – Get Set Up with your Google Classroom
To access this, you will need two pieces of information; your school email and password
We use School Cloud for our online Parent Evenings.
Parents – Get Logged into your Parents’ Evening Meeting
To access this, you will need to use the information we have on our Bromcom MIS; your name and your email and your child’s name and date of birth.
This is only available to Sixth Form. This won’t work for years 7 to 11.
